wavs were download from compuserve - worlds away forum library - section 7

They were originally 44 hHz stereo.

I converted them to 22 hHz mono to save web space.

Then I converted cctheme and cctravel converted back to 44 hHz / 16 bit so 
that they could then be encoded as .MP3s. So, if they sound bad. That's why.
